$15 a week for a year, put into an account you can't touch(get a second signature) and you are covered. Forced savings. When I was struggling with debts and poor wage, it was the only way I could cover rego costs.
Not going to drive it, just don't enough till a week after, it's due on the 19th.
You get around 2 months after the due date, to pay. Thats it. Until its paid it's unregistered. If you don't pay by the final notice day, you need to get new roadworthy cert.
Which State? NSW is 3 months then can no longer renew, need new rego and pit inspection etc.
In QLD they charge an additional $40… I recently rang up to pay mine and was informed because we live in an area that was affected by floods (in January last year mind you) they are not charging the late payment fee :)
I'm in sydney down under, pink slip ready, just the green and rego… Any idea which place would be the cheapest for a Greenie? Search engine showed up Gio was, also you can price match green slips and beat 5% iv heard?
Unregistered car is what happens. Don't think late fee. A fine of $652(roughly) if you are caught is far worse than a fine.
