I am doing some research regarding popular Australian deal sites, and I require the community's input in order to get some comprehensive, accurate answers to questions much like this topic's title.
I would love to hear your opinions, since, after all, customers are what made these sites what they are today.
Now then, let's start:
Which deal site provides the best customer service?
*What is the most efficient form of communication in this sense? (be it via e-mail, facebook page, etc.)
- *If you were unsatisfied with their products / services, was it easy to ask about their refund policies? And how did they reply?
