    • Hi PW

Shopping Square didn't use productreview.com.au as official review for our customer yet. You can find our review on our ebay store @ 99.8% Positive Feedback as your reference.
      http://feedback.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewFeedback2&u…

      • LOL, i dont think you use them, its a review site like ozbargain, it would seem a fair few people havent had great service from you in the past…. hope my memory that i just bought turns out OK!

        • No worry, just send a message to me if you got any problem with order. I am here to help.

I'm going to have to give this deal a neg. Having experienced the non existent after sales support I can recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Check our some reviews to see for yourself.

Shopping Square didn't use productreview.com.au as official review

Thats the problem, its a far more public website, I would trust the reviews fro mthere far more than anything on ebay.

    • Hi Mikeologos,

If you can contact me regarding your experience, I might able to help and that will help us to improve our service.

Regarding your link, we will try to follow up the review over this web. I aware there a few complains each month, that's important feedback to us.

I ordered phones from shopping square a few years ago. I had the exact same experience as most of the people on productreview.com.au

Massive delays, massive wait in response from emails, poor excuses when finally responding. Thank god I never had to claim a warranty with them.

It goes without saying I have never bothered with them again and I would suggest that the comments on productreview.com.au are indicative of the kind of experience you can expect. There is nothing that will win me back as a customer after my experience.

There are plenty of other places to spend your money.

    • Hi Talonparty,

To be a successful Australian online store with thousands of daily order, customer care is one of the key issue. We care every feedbacks from our customer, and that will help us to improve service.

      • +1

I think it is good that you are engaging with customers directly. Definitely an improvement on the situation I had before where I struggled to get anyone to respond via email or private messaging the rep on whirlpool.

It might be a hard slog but it's probably the best way to turn the tide of public opinion. The other way would be to make sure customer experience is top notch so that over time the all the recent reviews are positive.

I am afraid I am too soured by the experience I had though, and although it was quite a few years ago, it was enough to make me remember never to bother again and to tell everyone who would listen. That's the problem with bad customer service, someone who has a good experience may tell a few people but people who have a bad experience will tell everyone.

I wish you all the best :)

  • I've purchased maybe a dozen times from SS over the years and never had issues. Ordered a 64GB card from them yesterday so naturally hope my good fortune continues.

I do agree though if stock is coming from China, whether an online store or eBay, it should be clearly mentioned in the description. Lots of that happens on eBay, sellers pretending to be Aussie but then reading feedback only to discover items are sent from China.

There's nothing wrong with coming from China, 90% of stuff in Aussie land probably is anyway. Just don't lkie about it.

  • waited until i received my sd cards before pos+ vote…. they arrived today so heres my pos+. It did save me a few dollars over memery city's supposed "bargain" price.

  • my Samsung is a UHS-1 the add above didn't say it was a UHS-1 - does that mean I wont get full speed from a normal phone >:( would it have been just as good to get a class 4?

  • I had a shocking experience with Shopping Square. Took 8 months to get an item replaced under warranty. For 8 months they ignored my continued posts to the support centre. (They have no direct email or phone available to contact) I got the WA Dept Commerce involved, they couldnt get a hold of them, got the ACCC involved, they told me i had to take it to the magistrates court. I tried to be polite, I asked for a refund, they would answer back once every couple of months with the same bullshit scripted response, until finally they sent it back to me… WITH A BROKEN HARD DRIVE. I sent the hard drive back directly to seagate and had it replaced WITHIN 7 DAYS.

ShoppingSquare is fine for buying stuff like memory cards or stuff that you can get warranty through the manufacturer, but NEVER EVER buy anything from them that you have to do the warranty through them, like their APUS computer systems.

Thats my story. There's hundreds more just like it. I think they even delete all the negative comments off their fb page -.-

Still, great for memory cards and hdmi cables haha
