    I really advise people not to purchase this stuff. They have proven themselves to have sub quality clothing and bad customer service. I stand by this as we actually threw clothes out because they refused to give a fefund for major seconds we were sent.

    ONCE BITTEN… you know the rest.

      Because it's cheap. And we at Ozbargain have proven time and time again we're willing (a little too willing, tbh) to forgive retailers by purchasing from them if it means we can save a little bit of money.

      Eg. Harvey Norman, Dick Smith, EB games etc. Lots of hate; lots of sales. Why? Because despite all their shortcomings, they do have genuinely good prices from time to time. And it is during these times I ask myself, what was Gerry Harvey ranting about that pissed me off so? I have no idea, but I ain't gonna pass up 50% off iTunes cards.

      And yes, The Hut can be a pain in the ass when it comes to customer service but their prices and postage (oh their postage!) makes up for it.

        Good point, I can't argue with OzBargain logic. After all, we are here for exceptional value for money. Thats the bottom line. I stand by my comments though.

        for me, there are some retailers i will never ever shop at: HN, JB Hifi and Myer. i'd rather pay that little bit more elsewhere (unless i can price match at officeworks.)

        i'm wearing the Isaac hoodie from the last deal right now. it was thinner than i was expecting and dropped fluff/lint/loose threads over whatever i was wearing underneath, but surprisingly still keeps me warm. i'd even say "dry" in the feral weather Perth has had the past few days. seemed about right for the price, actually.

        but couldn't you have filed a chargeback or paypal dispute when they refused a refund? or used them as rags instead of just throwing them out?

      We get our orders rather fast, About 5-8 days, And have never had problems with quality or postage issues.
      I understand once bitten twice shy, but we've never been bitten so we will keep shopping from them.
