I have found some weird behavior with this Via200 and I want to know if others are experiencing the same?

It comes with free lifetime maps, so after doing all the updates and registrations I was playing around with it making choices.
I found the example "Map Colors" menu in settings but the various example maps colors for 3D, 2D day and night maps don't relate to the actual map colors on screen. There are heaps of different example choices in the menus "America, Germanica" etc,all different colors, but it seems like there are only a few colors for the actual loaded maps, and they don't relate to the choices.
For example, if you choose "Germanica" for a 3D day map, its mostly olive green, you get some weird garish pink color for the map.

Not sure if the latest update somehow mashed my unit or they are all like that?

    I have a Via180(new)and my Germanica 3d(day) option is pink, Africa 3d green, Antartica blue etc. and that's the colours they display in "map".

      I think mine is wonked. It shows different colors to the example maps nearly every time. The only ones that show true are "America" and Belgica" - both tan colors, for some reason.

    Also does yours automatically flip from day to night maps?
    Mine doesn't :( Time is set correctly.

    Yes it does, I just updated it and it stopped halfway through(panic), but all seems OK. Mine is 2 tanish colours too.
