    Yep, I also advise people to stay away from mega-buy. If you buy from megabuy… you're going to have a bad time.

    Yep, agreeing with above comments. My one and only experience with MegaBuy was horrible. I guess it goes to show how important customer service is, even in online commerce. Never again MegaBuy!

  • Plunged into the above deal the last time it was around. Delivery was swift (within the week), shipping was free and I've already forgotten that I had bought something.

    Obviously YMMV based on the reviews above, but I thought I'd lend my voice from my own experience.

    And remember… the loudest reviews are usually the one where people feel they need to have their voices heard (i.e. the negative ones).

      I do agree with that statement, however it is how you handle the situation that matters. Telling lies to your customers will get you nowhere.

      • For all I know that is true, but since I didn't experience any of that so I can't comment on that.

    Agreed, stay away from Megabuy. They have a 'warranty hotline' however after waiting on hold 20mins to find out the status of my warranty they tell me that I need to email to find out it's status. What is the point of having a warranty hotline if they cant answer warranty questions?
