Edit: 1) Make a fake Amazon account with a US address. There are fake address generators out there, or just go for the old Beverley Hills 90210. Amazon can accept Aussie CCs, just put billing address as the above. Make your primary address the US address, with your AU address as secondary.
2) Buy the games, they get added to your Digital Purchase profile.
3) This is where it gets funky. Your games will always appear in digital purchases, but you can go about downloading them one of three ways. You get the game code and punch it into Steam or EA Origin, which treat it as if you bought a boxed copy. If these aren't available, then DL the install files directly from Amazon.

    It's not restricted to US, so yes - most games aren't, especially ones advertised (and allowed to stay) here.

  damn that's cheap wonder if it'll get any cheaper on steam sales. also I hate purchasing games that don't come as the full package (with all the dlcs) so tempting DX

    It'll be $6.25 min. for us, because although the base price has just dropped to $20 for USA, it's $25 for AUS (on steam).

    Quite likely however that it will be discounted on GMG or GG to 75% as well, with a 5-20% voucher code on top of that.

  was going to post last night but was $7.49 ($11.49 for pro edition) which it has been all over the place lately.

  But $4.99 ($8.99 for the pro edition) makes it a much better bargain.
