Serious Sam 3 worth it? I bought 1 a while back and it was ok for a Duke 3D styled game.

  Think of Serious Sam 3 as Duke Nuken Forever done right. The game play is almost exactly the same as the First Encounter, but with a modern engine and feel. If you want a shiny new game in the spirit of the First Encounter you will not be disapointed.

Is it an online only game? I don't play online a lot and I am only silver now but I have some 24 hours gold card not use.

  Don't know about the xbox port but the PC game is definately offline singleplayer.
