    I got 2x 3-packs for $15, then a bunch of single figures for around $2 each. The normal price was around $11 for a single figure, but I guess that didn't work out too well. I still feel a bit ripped off but the kids are happy.

      No, because there isn't consideration from both parties. If you offered a negative amount and a peppercorn, then that can be considered an offer.
