Hey rep can you give me any info on these? Am I correct in my maths that the highest both dumbbells will go is 7kg each? I'm trying to up my bench presses gradually so I need both at once, just want to know what my upper limit will be with these. Cheers.
2 x 2.5 + 2 x 1.25 = 7.5kg and the total set is 20kg so each dumbbell "handles" weighs 2.5 kg, so each fully-loaded dumbbell is 10kg each… if that's what you were asking.
