I bought a Skullcandy 50/50 for my son few months back and didnt keep the Invoice, they come with a lifetime warranty hence was ok with losing the invoice.
Now they have developed a issue and I called them to find out that in order to get the lifetime warranty I need the invoice.
This is not a good customer service but now to get over it I need a copy of invoice (if anyone could help) else they are useless.

If you purchased with a card you should be able to go back to the store you purchased it from - give a rough estimate of date purchased and your name.
I've done this several times with JB HI-FI.
NOTE: When I've done this in the past I've mentioned it's for warranty issues.
