    Ahhh, you are referring to the rather archaic UMPC type device

    There are some on AlieXpress, which run Windows 7 / 8 X86 and use Atom processors

    As to whether they are reliable no-body knows since these sort of tablets have been largely overshadowed by much cheaper ARM devices running Android, and are hence unpopular. I don't think they even produce them anymore because ARM devices are much cheaper to produce and sell in much greater quantities.

    I don't think any commercial options exist in Australia… yet anyway.

      Yeah it's just to run a windows program, I've been looking through Ali but I thought I'd just check if anyone had a recommendation for a particular device.
