  Nice freebie (if there are no toxins in the ingredients; I'm guessing it's not just honey added).
  Excessive packaging though.

  Uncle Tobys traditionally charge a fortune for their oats. I can imagine a small size like this being a 'cash cow' for them from those who don't know better.

  Oats are one of the great foods; you buy them and they're not like other cereals that are toasted and then vitamins and minerals added back to them later (& that show in the ingredients). Any cereal showing vitamins or minerals in the ingredients has had them added back synthetically.

  Rolled oats are far less processed than your garden variety cereal and no crap is added to your average Oats package, because not much nutrition is taken away in the process. Three cheers for rolled oats.
