Is it very accurate? It looks pretty cheap is all. Any chance you've given it the coin test? Cheers
He's the seller, and it's a generic brand.
Wanting a scale totally accurate to 1g, I think you're going to be pushing to get it for anywhere near $14.
Yeah, that's what I was assuming too. Thanks :)
If you're going to be weighing things that need 1g precision, e.g. herbs, maybe you need a separate smaller scale for that? For weighing flour, I don't see that 1g in 500g is an error I need to worry about.
Yes, I'm the seller and user at the same time. I always use that to weight the boxes I need to send without any problem.
I did a test with coins and that's the scale is telling me:
50 cents = 16 g
20 cents = 12 g
10 cents = 5 g
5 cents = 2 g
1 dollar = 9 g
2 dollar = 6 gThen I repeat again and I found the coins weight the same result.
If you are thinking to get 100.00% accuracy, I think you should get a much more expensive one :D
Hope that helps :D
Cheers.

Maximum 5Kg kitchen digital scale, using 2 AA battery. It's pretty cheap. I've used it and no problem.
