    7 S/M and 3 pink M/L. If S/M is too small, I'm just gonna have to wear pink slippers.

    Took a close look at my current slippers to check the size, went ahead and purchased as soon as I got hit by the nasty smell.

  • Wow thank you OP! Just scored my 10 pink slippers for $10 :) Very happy as I live in these things around the house. And being female, I'm fine with the pink colour that's left in M/L!

    • They only let you order a maximum of 1 large pair in blue so I decided to go pink. It's only to wear in the house and what people don't see won't hurt you. I don't think I have worn anything pink before.

    • I just got 10 more, including 2 for mum in S/M (great mothers day present hah). 18 pairs of slippers should last me a while!

  • Boo they're running out of dark blue slippers! I could only get 9 slippers into my cart. They are charging me $89.99 for 9 pairs of slippers, instead of $10 for 10.

  • Did any one ever receive any email from them? Placed in two orders when the deal was posted - no email confirmation or invoice received. I have been charged (as per my netbank) so the transaction did go through.

      Received 3 emails again yesterday from Auspost.. Arrived my local Post Office

  • How come all I got was the confirmation email title Order Receipt but never got any email for tracking so I cant track it at all. Anyone having this problem, I still havent received mine. I dont get any dispatched email updates or anything, for a local store their shipping is sub-par at best. I buy things overseas and get sent dispatched email updates the moment they are dispatched yet Cotton On fails to do so, sigh…

    Do you only receive emails from Auspost when it arrives at your local post office? I got another package few days ago from Auspost from elsewhere and I get no notifications from them anymore which is strange

    • I received an order confirmation fairly quickly after placing the order at about 8:30 Monday morning, but haven't had any shipping notification or tracking details. I imagine the have approximately a billion orders to pack and send out, so I'm not going to be too harsh on them, but a Monday morning order not being shipping by Friday is indeed 'sub-par'.

      • Just to follow up, like others, I received delivery notification this morning ('on board with driver') and have just had my order delivered (wife let me know).

        I wanted to get her the S/M slippers since she has fairly small feet, but only M/L was available when I ordered. But she said they're a great size, so that's good, I'm in the good books today!

  • Well I live in Sydney, metro area and still havent received mine today. Been up ever since 8 am so Im guessing it wont get here until some time Monday. If its not here by Monday then thats just ridiculous. You guys that received it today are lucky :)

      I'm usually a 10 and the M/L is really small. I'm pretty sure that these are women's slippers because of the sizing

    Pretty comfy with good sole (bouncy and thick).

    I'm normally a mens 9 and the M/L is just a little bit smaller than perfect fit but for $1 I'll take it.

    Can't stand it how Cotton On fail to provide basic info on what the item is made of. Are the shirts cotton or polyester? Are the belts synthetic or leather? It ain't rocket science.

  • hey guys, i only received 1 pair of the "PLUSH SCUFF", did anyone else have this problem??

    • Refer to your order receipt that you got through email. See how many quantities you have there for the order. If it is 10 you should contact them regarding this. I got my 10 slippers also ordered other stuff - received 1 out of my 2 parcels. Hopefully will get the second one tomorrow.

      • i assumed purchasing 1 would receive 10 pairs as it charged me the 10$ and so i thought adding 10 pairs would cost 100$.
        thats not cool, i got 1 pair and they charged me 10$ what if someone added 3 ? would they be charged 30$?

        did anyone else fall into this trap? ahhaha

          Received 12 pairs instead of 10 pairs, a mug and the 3 pack sock.
          Not sure what I was going to do with 10 pairs let alone 12, sigh….
          Such is Cotton On and their terrible services

        • I did send a order for 10 scuffs however it seems like my order was changed and my invoice is showing only 1 pairs when I ordered 10 pairs.

        • Nah you had to add 10 pairs before you got the discount, I added a few pairs of mens scuff's and it showed $30, it wasn't until I added 10 items that the total went down to $10.

  • So got my order this morning, size s/m since size m/l were out and they are too small. They fit but the back part of my foot sticks out a tiny bit lol.

    Also not impressed with Cotton On, I ordered a pair of sock and a mug but instead was given 2 extra pair of slippers, so now I have 12 in total and paid $2 for each extra pair in place of the sock and mug. Terrible service considering they were in stock when I paid for it. Did this happen to anyone a well?

  • Got mine today but only 7 pairs with a note saying they run out of stock and will refund $3 to my account. Can't see the refund yet :(

  • I have the same problem. Paid for 10 scuffs and 10 socks and only received 1 scuff. I did them in 2 separate orders.

    • You paid for 10 or you ordered 10? Because the difference between a qty of 1 and 10 was only $0.05 ($9.95 and $10). Could be an easy mistake to make.

      • Well I ordered 10 in my cart however I ended up getting invoiced for only 1 scuff

  • Well after sending them an email, more of an assertive complaint rather than an email :)
    They replied back saying they had a system error and some items were showing instock when they were out of stock. Told me I would get $4 refund for the mug and socks. I now have 12 pairs of slippers lol so Im guessing the 2 extra pair are freebies :)

    Also same here refund not showing up on my account yet, in the email it said allow 48 hours so I will and update in 2 days I guess

  • Only got 4 pairs instead of the 7 no note saying they will refund or anything, but yeah the slippers are definitely women's sizing, way too small. Just going to give them all to the girlfriend, and that means mother's day is sorted too ;)

    Finally received order today, 8 days after ordering.

    Didn't receive any socks that I'd ordered and wondered why.

    There was a generic form letter included. "Dear valued cotton on customer" Yeah, so valued, they can't even put my name or describe the item. It stated "one or more of the items that I have ordered" has "availability issues". Nowhere does it state which items, how many, or the amount involved. Then says I have been refunded, but no sign of anything in my account so far.

    Slow, botched up the order, impersonal and un-genuine. Not impressed!

      managed to get all 10 slippers but not the socks…Happy Mothers Day Mum

      • Yeah they tried to deliver today but noone was home. Off to post office tomorrow for the stash!

  • So its now been exactly 48 hours since I received an email from one of the Cotton On support staff saying that a refund of $4 will be given back and would show up on my credit card statement in 48 hours. That 48 hours ended today at 1:50 pm, again Cotton On is so full of it and Im not sure what to believe at this point.

    To me its not about the money, its only $4 but the fact that they would tarnish their reputation over a measly $4 is beyond me, sigh…

    All ten pairs have arrived for me without any problems for me as well. Sorry for those that it hasn't worked out properly for.

  • I picked up all my stuff from the Post Office and as far as I can tell its perfect. My order had about 80 items, mostly pens and socks and looks about right along with my fluffy slippers in time for mother's day.

    I haven't had any problems with any of my Cotton On orders so have been lucky so far. Hope the refunds for others come through quickly.
