Coles survey no $5 voucher?

Many times when I have completed the survey and chose the $5 option there is no survey emailed or shown to print out, does anyone know why? This has only happened when they changed there system for choosing the 1000 flybuys points or $5 off $100 shipping. I used to be able to print it out straight off coles tell me website.

    Same thing happened to me twice. I contacted phone help-line and was sent two vouchers in the mail; and was told they would look into the problem. No resolution as yet, as this morning the same thing happened! I'm getting a little annoyed now. Will try help-line again, but would love suggestions from other customers.
