  can't seem to get the vpn to go to the site, keep getting the following error:

  URL Error (111): An error has occured while trying to browse through the proxy.
  Failed to connect to the specified host. Possible problems are that the server was not found, the connection timed out, or the connection refused by the host. Try connecting again and check if the address is correct.

    They probably blocked connections from that proxy i posted. I posted a few more proxies to try.

  Still a good deal, I believe - if you can get it to work. Seems it's failing at the buy button stage - looks like the proxy trick isn't working anymore (OP - it's not really a VPN)

  I can't create an account. I get an untranslated dialog box popup that seems to be referring to a captcha, however I can't see one on the page.

    It seems that all Glype-based proxies (which is all of those listed above as working) don't allow the re-captcha to display, so you can't signup.

    Trying to signup directly without the proxy fails due to IP restrictions.

    I've wasted half an hour trying to find working proxies with no luck.

    If anyone gets this to work, please let us know what proxy you used.

  I've just tried a Swedish VPN and it still doesn't work. Error messages when attempting to buy which google translate tells me "We are experiencing difficulties, try again later".

  Ok, I managed to buy it..however I'm having problems trying to get the key displayed.

  Here are the steps I took.

  1. Use Hideman
  2. For Hideman use your location as Sweden
  3. Use google chrome to translate
  4. Go to https://www.viagame.fi/
  5. Change language to Sweden (under the flag)
  6. Create account (I used a finland address with real name)
  7. Once account is created buy game(s).
  8. Coupon code didn't work for me, good luck getting it to work.
  9. ..help

    It sounds like they might have ran out of keys.

    I made the purchase early this morning using Private Internet Access (non-free vpn) with a Sweden proxy.
    Followed pretty much the same steps as you except used an Australian address.
    Coupon only worked once per account however and had to create another account to pick up Dishonored.

      WOOOHOO!!! I emailed helpdesk yesterday asking for the skyrim key and today I found the key in my account.

      For all the effort, I'd say it's worth it. :)

  I tried Hideman, and initially created an account, but now I seem to be getting redirected to a Help page when I click on the cart. Maybe they have blocked that VPN?

  I used a gmail email to sign up, but there is no activation email.

  Got through using Hideman after several attempts, made the purchase successfully only to get a message that my key cannot be displayed and to contact support (after they've taken my money).

  I would double neg this if I could.

  After sending a message to support claiming to be an Aussie living in Sweden (with a bit of Swedish thrown in for good luck), I finally got access to my Steam key which I was able to activate successfully.

  Given all the hassle, and the fact that the discount code in the OP doesn't work, my neg on this still stands.

  I am reasonably sure that the DLCs would work with any version of Skyrim. Elder Scrolls addons are normally just a few files that you extract to your data directory and activate in the launcher or Mod manager. Note - I haven't played Skyrim yet.
