When will an auto shop give me a bargain on a new battery for my car! I'm holding off for a special like any ozbargainer would but my battery is at 75% and i don't think the old girl is gonna take it much longer..

Oil is oil I reckon, my '95 landcruiser needs 20-50w sf or later, I think this ones SH. Now the last autobarn deal with SL rated castrol 5Lt GTX for $9.95 was better. but this stuff would do the job for most things and I bet no much difference in quality, just probably missing some anti sludging additives I guess. It all comes from the ground and is refined in the same refineries. Sure different additives are added and if you need a higher spec oil for performance purposes fine. But I reckon the base oil for this and any other 20w50 would be exactly the same quality.

So I reckon not a bad deal.
