  2: PNG can easily be converted to any other type of image if that helps.

  3: Various editions of Windows come with basic video editing software.

  4: Otherwise try these:

  And don't forget Adobe Premiere Pro 2 is free to use as well, ever since Adobe deactivated their activation servers you can now use a universal code to activate the software.

  The code is 1132-1280-4900-7476-5108-8019
  The download link requires an Adobe account registration (free) and after that you can access the PPRO_2.0_Ret-NH_UE.zip installer.

  Keep in mind this is a fairly old piece of software and might be glitchy in Windows 8.
