Razer had an unauthorized 90% off coupon but still honoured... Now that's a respectable company doing right by the consumers

So apparently Razer had a mishap with an invalid coupon that let consumers have 90% off their peripherals…Noone thought they would honour it but they did and I just wanted to say how a small company like theirs will do right by the consumers for a mistake that wasn't even from them to begin with unlike cough Bloody Gerry Harvey go rot in hell cough

    Good on them. They've obviously crunched the numbers and know it will cost them big time, but at the same time know it won't send them broke otherwise they wouldn't be honouring the discount. They did a very nice PR job on their Facebook page to make the best of the situation.

    You also have to realise that for many other small businesses, if a similar event occurred to them they just couldn't honour it. It would send them out of business.

          since… shipping! Otherwise all those amazon gold box deals and black Friday sales would be all over ozb.

          Local shipping is such a rip too. When amazon does ship overseas, they can often ship a package halfway round the world for less than what Australia Post charges to ship it to the next state!
