LiveConnected.com.au reconnected without notification

Guys,
I have cancelled my services from liveconnected on Nov-2012, after that all went well, no bills, no direct debit happen.
All of a sudden today I have got an email from liveconnected with mid-month usage, I tried to login and it shows my mobile number is Active.
Tried to call that number and it says "Optus advise that the number you have dial has been disconnected"
I tried to email them, got the reply that "Thank you for submitting your question to us online. We do not accept email enquiries and no further action will be taken. Please visit the Contact Us page to contact us or to find answers to your queries."

As there any one out here had same issue with them? What is the solution?
I feel helpless..

  • I had that issue when I cancelled. I contacted them through their website, they cleared it all, said it was disconnected. I was happy until the next month when it happened again. Sent them a slightly angrier message through their annoying support ticket system and they cleared it all up, refunding me the minute amount of money they charged me. I don't think it was deliberately malicious, their system just sucks. But contact them and they should clear it up (at least from my experience).

    Sorry to hear it happened to you too, I had hoped after my experience that they would have improved the system
