Probably not the absolute cheapest prices these have ever been on sale for (from places like Steam etc) but a good deal for DRM free copies which are all up to date and work on modern computers.
Not sure if this would be a bargain but I guess if you are into the original Postal games then its cheap. I don't know when the sale will end and how long the sale has been going for.
