  Have they removed the port out fees or are they still there?

  I can't see any mention of this in the CIS.

  Have been with them for few months recently.
  - No app to monitor data usage or see account
  - Login to your account via browser only with 2 step authentication, quite inconvenient
  - Port out fee has been there
  - If you happen to exceed your data allowance, extra data will be applied automatically without asking for approval $10/Gb and there is no way to opt-out from using excess data, get ready for surprise bills.
  Will not recommend.

  Just checked with live chat. $8 port out fee, 5G is included in this deal, no way to turn off auto data top up.

    cant find any info on their website about the port out fee. Not inlcuded in the CIS document too. Are you able to share the link.

  This provider is a strict NO! The service sucks!!!
  I got ported to them via eSim.
  The phone stopped showing signal strength and 4G/5G indicator, yet ironically I was connected!

  Will all this inconvenience, no body helped… they had no idea what/where to look! Stay away… it is a scam…
