      It is unlimited but T-Mobile may slow the speed to 3G once 50GB is used up depending on their traffic that month

        Hey Anton,
        The EU 28days sims requires activation. I had entered a date that is a week prior to my departure. - does that matter?

        Does it mean that after activation, i can use it any time after the activation date until 31st of Dec and the date will only start counting when I insert my sim card?
        I am travelling for 50 days, so hope to piggy pack the two sims one after another.

          Nevermind. I got help from Travelkon's chat!

          The 28 days starts on the specified activiation date.
          For those that are purchaing 2 sims, it important to add in the notes that you want the 2nd sim to start on a later date dd/mm/23, so that TravelKon will activated based on your specified dates. that way you can just swap out the sim on your 2nd specified date and carry on :D.

      Not sure about your experiences, but I find getting Sims before landing in Japan are cheaper and just less hassle.
      I'm always rushing to my domestic flight and one less headache is always good.

          I find both docomo and softbank about the same.
          This sim states that it can also be KDDI.. which I have not experienced.

    False advertising. I purchased the NEW Europe 42 Countries eSIM 30 Days 10GB for $33.75 as per this post’s description (25% off $45, the standard full price). Now my order has been cancelled, apparently due to an incorrect price, and the price has been pumped up and it’s been marked out of stock. The title says 25% off all SIMs including eSIMs from Europe. Waste of time and very poor first dealing with this company.

      I have the same question given for their esim it specifies the data shaping to 128kbs
      I am suspecting that it will also be data shaped given all the sims i have used over the years are.

      The Japan SIM you mentioned only works in Japan.

      If you want one that works in Singapore you will have to buy Asia 13 SIM.

    I bought 2 cards for Asia from TravelKon which had an estimated delivery of 3 days. After waiting patiently for a week, I emailed them as the order was still in processing and it turns out they oversold the card so had to wait another week as new stock was coming then. After waiting paitently for another week, I emailed again as it was still in processing. It turns out they did send it but a staff member forgot to scan the tracking code and didn't update the order either.

    A bit of a hassle if things go wrong and the updates aren't the quickest.

      Hello apologies for the inconvenience it is definitely not the experience we want customers to have, we will review our internal procedure and strive to be better.

      Just a note we actually review all travel dates and knew it will still come on time - however we understand this is not an excuse for the lack of communication.

      We much prefer live chat via WhatsApp and FB Messenger, as with everyone here says we have lightning fast response (but email can be slow as it is not our preferred method of communication)

      We also did follow up that you received the cards in the end, thank you for your patience.

      For the T-Mobile SIM, you can put in notes you want 60 days by buying 2x 30 days SIM

      We will add this as an option on the future.

    Just an update we have received our Japan and Asia 13 SIMs shipment late yesterday - majority of orders will be posted today and tomorrow, please bear with us as we received huge order!

    All urgent (travel date) and express delivery will be prioritise, so everyone should get their SIM on time.

    Hi team,

    Just bought 3 eSims for our travellers.

    Once we receive the esims, when we arrive in the country, that's when we activate? Otherwise, nothing to do until the day we arrive?
    (Do you need internet connection at that time)

    Between the different countries, does anything else need to be done, or should it work seamlessly?

      Yes we suggest activating the eSIMs when you arrive (WiFi connections is required).

      You can activate them in Australia but the plan will start.

      Between countries it should just switch network operator automatically.
