      I got curious when you said this. Found it:

        I would think if you had cat sh*t on the floor and allowed a robot vacuum in there it's kind of your fault not eufys.

    Can’t comment on this one but I have the Roborock s5 max and am very happy with it. I don’t have carpet though. Check out @vacuumwars on YouTube if you want to go down the rabbit hole.

  Have been through 3 sets of ecovacs since 2017. Heavy user because of two kids and a pet. But last year I bought two of these Eufys. None worked properly. Got them replaced thinking the units were probably faulty. The replacement units acted exactly in same manner. Dumbest robot vacs I have come across. Keeps on bumping everywhere. Does not know how to go reverse if there is an obstacle. Instead of reversing, slowly turns around full circle to find a way out. Returned them and got back to ecovacs again.
