XM4 is staying to be along side the XM5. Similar to the Bose 700 and QC45.
Yep should see lower prices on these. Reviews on the 5 are good. I'll be getting those.

XM4s are apparently sticking around at a lower price point so I wouldn't expect a crazy clearance

There were plenty of chance to grab XM4 around $300 mark before.

Seeing this price, the $395 mark for QC45 looks like a better deal.
Will definitely keep an eye on this, been wanting to grab a pair. Hopefully some other retailers drop lower

You could say the same thing about a lot of things.
100%, but compared to other headphones that use quality materials, this is expensive. Mostly just paying for the NC. The mics are terrible, pleather doesn't get a good seal and detracts from the sound.
For example, much better headphones made with quality materials for less $$ Or just a little more

horrible, unusable microphone, just FYI. Luckily my webcam had a good mic on it, but I can't use these for phone calls (others are distracted by the underwater effect)

Even in a quiet room, in my experience. It's hearable in a quiet room, but still has that distant, underwater effect. webcam mic is miles ahead.
That's really interesting as a lot of reviews say the same, but I use them for ms teams meetings every day and never get any complaints.
My airpods pro on the other hand, great reviews for the mic but every single time people complain.I wonder if its something specific to the meeting software, i.e. zoom vs teams
@tomlikesbeetroot: Applies even more so to phone calls in Android. So it's universal, to me. Bluetooth headphones are universally a pain in the arse.
