Many people going for a cheapo SSD like this will just be adding a second drive for games or something, that they'd like to be faster than a hard drive, but don't care to spend $20 for a loading time decrease they won't ever notice.
Can be pretty noticeable depending on game. In Witcher 3 it’s like 15 sec compared to 45

There has been a lot of chop and change with them. Wesfarmers offloaded them and they closed all the physical stores. Pretty sure they are only Harris Tech in name only these days.
I've seen them on ebay as well, wasn't sure if i should purchase from them since I haven't heard of them but seems like it should be alright according to most people

Yes, they were probably older than this website. I remember they used to have a showroom / store near Epping, NSW. Picked few bargains from there.
