    • Hi, we had our service centre in Sydney handling the all returns. So you will be given a RMA no. to sending back for warranty claims. Recently, we improved our return policy which also pay back the postage for returning any items once defined as manufacture faults.

    Saying this is international stock with "local warranty" is just abusing people's interpretation of the term local warranty. Any lay person would reasonably interpret "local warranty" to be provided by Samsung, as any brand phone sold in Australia has "local warranty" provided by the manufacturer directly or through its agents. However this is actually some crappy repairer based in one location in Sydney, with no guarantee that genuine parts will be used to repair it. Misleading statement with no clarification.

    The warranty exclusions on their website are also a complete joke, and so badly written they are completely open to interpretation. This store also has a disgraceful history on here.

    • We providing a local service as an options to let customer have their choice to buying a same model at a cheaper price than store like Kogan. This is the way we run the business and we even offer exchange or replacement straight away for most returns rather than repairs to maintain higher customer satisfaction. We now aims to provide a good deal with hassle-free warranty to improve the value of buying from our store. Its absolutely consumer's choice whether buying at retail either online store. But most of the online-retailers are from the same source but offering different service & warranty policy and just let the others to make their own judgement.

    My friend bought Samsung S4, it arrived dead, thought the battery was totally flat. tried to charge it but it vibrated every 5 second and did not charge at all,and phone still couldn't be turned on.
    Though at the end she received full refund, but it's so troublesome and she lost $18 as shipping fee is not refundable as per exponline T&C. She's now traumatic to buy phone online because of this store. You've been warned!!

    Plus, the iPhones could not be "New" as claimed.
