    Yes we think they are exceptional value! most of our plans now also include 5G.

      100%. I visit US/Canada regularly and always make sure to have an active phone number whether it's my Oz sim or a local one. Absolutely invaluable IMO, the US especially is still a bit stuck in the stone age with defaulting to phone calls as a point of first contact.

    I recently visited US and Canada and used a TravelKon sim, the AT&T one, worked perfectly. I've personally found AT&T to have better coverage than Verizon but it is a bit of a YMMV issue. I have friends who swear by Verizon over AT&T.

        My main issue I've had with Verizon in the past (admittedly some years ago now) is cell tower connection and signal inside buildings. I experienced a lot more congestion at events and also next to zero signal indoors sometimes on Verizon when my friends on AT&T standing next to me were crystal clear.

        Never had an issue since I switched to AT&T.

        Docomo IIJ is great as it is a local eSIM - just require manual APN input, if you know how to do it (we send guide as well of course) then it's great value.

        In general Japan's coverage is like Australia all their major network providers are excellent.

    I used the older Japan eSIM offering from these guys when I went last year and that was fine other than the occasional Taiwanese Google results due to being a Taiwanese SIM and the data roaming being a bit dodgy with Google Photos even when on wifi (not a fault of the SIM mind you).

    The newer Docomo one would be local and I believe they have the best overall network coverage, where the other one (for me) mostly used the KDDI network and fell back to SoftBank a few times, although never entirely dropped out.

            @Fredfloresjr: 10GB is the base and you can get higher ones. 10GB lasts me 2 weeks while utilising free wifi. Unlimited is certainly a good idea.

            The only gotcha like any city is expect it to be patchy in the train stations underground. Know where you need to exit while you're still above and definitely download some offline map data.

    If you want the best experience it would be the Bali (Telkomsel) eSIM - however this require passport activation.

    The next option would be the "Indonesia eSIM" this runs on IM3/Indosat network which is generally OK (no passport required).

    Another great option would be the Southeast Asia 4 Unlimited Lite - this includes Indonesia and the network they use is Telkomsel (no passport required).
