Yeah. 500mg a cap. I only take 4 caps a day which is 2g, so you get a month's dosage per container.

I have to say that since starting with AminoZ from one of their earlier deals, I personally have no intention of going back to Musashi or INC.
INC. was better than Musashi but AminoZ beats both of them hands down. Flavours and consistency once mixed are great and the deals that get posted on here are decent as well.

Yep. Aminoz offer some great deals on here so I just stock up when they do them. Their use by dates are usually decent as well. I got some from their birthday deal they posted a couple of months or so ago and the expiry isn't until Feb 2026.
Musashi are such a low quality product basically sold to people who dont know how to read the ingredients or care to and also to people who havent tried other quality products. Such a shame as they were really good back in the day but over the years they changed and dropped quality for marketing and selling of their name.
Shame. I bought a bottle of creatine that said it just had creatine monohydrate in the ingredients.
Yeah generally pure creatine products will be fine from a lot of the brands, the only thing i guess is how its been processed / micronised etc plus where its from.
