I recently bought eBay GC from giftz website through Topcash and it has not tracked, it was my first purchase on tcb ever 😂
Submit a claim after 7 business days if it still hasn't tracked. My two separate purchases for Amazon gift cards at Giftz on 4 April never tracked, claims submitted on 15 April and statuses are still "Waiting for Retailer". I have a recurring reminder set to check every few weeks.
I've used Giftz via TCB 10 times and have had 2 of them not track including a $170 purchase a few days ago (lesson learnt - no large purchases from now on) so tracking most of them, but definitely could be better.
Topcashback sucks, I make frequent purchases and non seem to track.
Same for me it's been full of false promises and unfulfilled dreams .. maybe now that TA is there they'll up there game but RN I'm solid with CR and SB
Agreed. Both my Myprotein orders tracked within 10 Minutes yesterday with shopback.

$15 for the referee according to the banner on the main page, it's a promo just for the click frenzy event. They probably just haven't bothered to update the refer page itself.

I literally just signed up via random referral at top of this post and got $15 so not sure why you would have only received $10

@bashar20 capped cashback I meant was on The Good Guys deal, but that has now ended anyway, so never-mind.
+1 on TCB not tracking, the 7 days wait period till claim to is totally designed to make you forget
agree, I make so many purchases a day, I cbs creating a spreadsheet to monitor my cash backs.

yea, the $10 cashback the referral has to get by certain date after sign on can be difficult. Have had 4 that didn't meet this and we all lost out. maybe @tightarse can change this policy a bit now that he is with TCB

I agree, TCB never tracks properly. I've made more manual claims with them than in 2+ years with cash rewards or shopback. To be fair I've gotten them all to date but geez.
At time of speaking I've got one pending claim for months now.
