Ah this must be what my missus hangs on her underwear.

  • thank you sir. The lowest price I have ever bought is $12.

  • Great find! Thanks OP 👍

And yet it's 100x more expensive than a dehumidifier, per litre.. (Google it)

Stay strong ozbargainers. Don't be fooled into using this.

      Doesn't a dehumidifier increase electricity costs ?

I have a lot of humidity in my wardrobe, due to the house being an old house,
and I sporadically use these 'powder crystals' to try and trap water,
but I don't know if it makes a difference.

Yes but electricity is cheap vs these. A dehumidifier gets many litres per day. These do a few litres over a few months then go in the bin. I'm not sure if that volume of water extraction is even useful?

Unless you can microwave the packs and re-use, not sure of this, but I'll bet this particular one you can't

We have two good dehumidifiers and I still use these. The dehumidifiers don't get into all the places you need them to, like between your shirts or in the pantry. Worth having these as a sweetener. They last longer with the dehumidifier too!

Coming up as $14 at my local Big W

  • If you use this regularly it definitely reduces mold in the closet

Can someone recommend a dehumidifier to buy? Or advice on what to look for?

    Back to $8 again.
