Variable Rate OO Loan 6.07% (CR 6.43%) with Offset up to 70% LVR + 0.3% Broker Cashback @ St George

50

Hello Ozbargainers,

Thank you so much for your support so far.

St George is not openly offering this rate on their website but offer is available to anyone applying through a broker or bank directly.

You can combine this deal with $2k refinance cashback from St George to make it even better.

I have been able to negotiate further discounts and bring the rates down to 6.02%(CR 6.39%) for my clients.

Refer to this link for advertised rates.

Combined with broker cashback the effective variable rates start at 5.87% for the first 2 years.

Main fees are $100 at the start, $395/year for the package and $350 to exit. I know they are on the higher side.

You can also combine the broker cashback with any of the 40+ banks on my panel, The easiest way to reach out, is to book an obligation-free appointment in my calendar.

General Advice Warning-. The information contained on this web page is general in nature and does not take into account your personal situation. Please contact me for a tailored solution, comparing 40+ banks/lenders.

So? you're still devaluing your work.
Yet you're still here posting everyday meaning this strategy comes off as desperation and people aren't buying it.
Maybe spend this time hosting a catch up with your referral network you prob find alot more business from there

        • my preference is to pay the customers rather than paying referral partners :)

          you're still devaluing your work.

And the irony of your comment is completely lost on you…

          and people aren't buying it.

Some people are, but you seem like the type that is unable to consider anyone other than themselves…

  • What is a OO Loan. Do I read that as Uh Oh or zero-zero or what?

    • Owner Occupier.

  • Westpac 5.99 variable rate with off set and redraw facilities. No fee from broker. Just 395 per year for westpac rocket package

    • Hi @ozgameboy, I have Westpac on the panel too. Infact St George is part Westpac group.Westpac is offering a bit better rate but does not offer cashback.

I do offer broker cashback if people prefer Westpac over St George. In my case it would work out to be 5.84% after broker cashback for the first 2 years.

Mods don't allow to post negotiable rates because not everyone can get those.

  • I am only seeing 6.29%

as mentioned in the post - "St George is not openly offering this rate on their website but offer is available to anyone applying through a broker or bank directly."

      • Sorry. Thank you for the clarification

  • what is the rate for IP interest only?

    • I assume you are asking for St George. 6.59%(CR 6.94%). Assuming it is upto 70% LVR and variable is what you are after.

There may be better options if you are after Inv I/O products. Feel free to reach out if you want to discuss.

  • What's variable% for St George IP P&I (@70% LVR)?
