Is this Fraud? My understanding was auto trader is a listing platform only

I had prearranged this sale through the Auto trader selling platform because I don't feel safe meeting with strangers. I had some bad experiences in the past, so I chose to hire them to take care of the selling process, therefore my presence isn't necessary. Dealing through Auto trader allows you to get the vehicle first and pay for it after it reaches you, considering these latest events with this horrible Covid19 pandemic it`s much safer for both of us.
So if you are interested in seeing the vehicle and getting it for a test drive, please reply with your full name and your personal phone number and I will open a transaction case through Auto trader and they will contact you with all the necessary information about the transaction.

  I can't imagine how an English as a second language run on paragraph with an appeal to your sympathy, an explanation for why you will never see them in person, a two year old reference to "latest events", and a request for your direct contact details so they can bypass the platform could possibly be fraud.
