  • Don't know if this beats the 7900xt techfast deal.

    • +7

If you don't mind AMD GPUs then the 7900XT would be an awesome choice for you :). Otherwise, 4070 Ti Super GPUs are a bit more pricey but not for nothing. Lots of resources online with the differences! You can base your decision on that.

      • +3

Thanks for being respectful and professional. That's mega points in my book.

  • Woohoo Lawrence your builds are looking really good.
    Very well balanced gaming rig.

    • +1

Thanks legend, you've been a supporter since the beginning! :D

  • Any chance of updating the "more information" windows. At the moment they present the same information as the upgrade icons. For example if we look at the memory, what kit? What CL? Case - what dimensions? Included fans? Rad support? Thanks!

    • We can yes, just have so many SKUs to work with trying to make it as simple as possible for us with the volume we work with that's changing constantly. If you need more information on certain components, let me know. I will give you the exact SKU so you can see all specifications.

  • How many days does it take for the delivery to Brisbane city?

    • +1

      Hi Rolanddo,

Our despatch times are 7-10 business days from the order date, each system is hand-built meticulously and we have hundreds in the backlog. Once despatched delivery is extremely fast as we use express couriers only.

The following are our estimated delivery time frames with our couriers after despatch:
Metro Sydney – Same-day delivery (for business addresses, authority to leave and customers available to take delivery)
Blue Mountains, Central Coast, Wollongong, and Newcastle - Same-day delivery (for business addresses, authority to leave and customers available to take delivery)
All other non-listed major regional town in NSW - Next business day
Metro Melbourne – Next business day
Metro Brisbane – Next business day
      ACT – Next business day
Metro Adelaide – 2 business days
      Tasmania – 3-4 business days
Metro Perth – 4-5 business days
Northern Territory – 5-7 business days

      Cheers,
      Lawrence

  • Looking to buy a system for around $1k, has to be NVIDIA due to machine learning stuff being more compatible.

How does their first offering compare to their competitors?

I haven't kept up to date on PC's for the last 20 years and need help

    • How will you build a whole system for Machine learning with just 1K? From what I know VRAM is the king fir ML and in that budget there are no high VRAM GPUs.

    • +1

Under 16Gb Vram is almost not useable for AI and machine learning purposes. You will need a 4060ti 16gb plus a very cheap CPU to make it under 1k

      • Hmmmm, that blows my budget out of the water, I might have to give up on playing with ML and just buy one dedicated for gaming on my TV.

Any of these should do well for 1440p at high settings, 120hz (which I think my TV supports) ?
My TV does 4k, but the build would end up being very expensive I guess

        • All of the above is correct, with machine learning you will need Cuda cores and lots of VRAM. $1000 is near impossible. If 1440P, you can get this system or a 4070 Super one. The more you spend, the better performance you will get. If your budget is $1000 again for a gaming system for 1440P gaming, it will be extremely restrictive and again near impossible to achieve smooth 1440P gaming.

        • 1440p on a 4k TV will probably look worse than 1080p, fyi.

(1080p natively scales on 4k at 1:4 pixels. 1440p would be 1:2.25, which means blur.)

  • 8gb is slow, but enough for what I'm trying to do.
I'm also considering their 4th machine with more vram but what I guess is a slower CPU?

    • You can try and see how you go, can always upgrade later :).

  • Hey Lawrence been a lurker for a while but looking to pull the trigger. Is there any option to swap to an equivalent Intel CPU? Also just confirming local pick up at Potts Point?

    • For this deal unfortunately not, no Intel CPUs as AMD has better performance per dollar for gaming. Local pick-up will be in Bankstown now, it's more central in Sydney - we've moved workshops here as you can imagine how much more space we need now haha. Awesome to hear from you after a long time lurking :D.

  • Do you have any air-cooling options available for this build?

Does warranty become invalid if the system is modified with an aftermarket air-cooler, such as a Thermalright PS120?

Would the AIO need to be reinstalled for warranty purposes if there was an issue with the system?

I have some other questions, but I might PM them or send to the sales email address.

    • Yes, they are available in the support section - https://imgur.com/a/pzg02bT

No, it won't void any warranty as long as there's no user induced damage.

No, as long as it isn't affecting the issue on hand. For example, the CPU overheated and melted due to poor installation of an aftermarket cooler not done by us. This would not be covered. On the other hand, the PSU blows up had nothing to do with your aftermarket installation - full coverage no issues at all. Our full warranty policy is here - https://www.nebulapc.com.au/pages/warrranty. At the end of the day, we understand customers and are always more than reasonable with warranty. AIO would not need to be reinstalled for warranty purposes either.

If you have any other questions you can email me and I'll happily answer. :)

      Lawrence

      • Thanks Lawrence, email sent.

  • Can the LED on the DeepCool LE500 and its fans be turned off somehow?

    • To my knowledge, no. It has no RGB sync and it's connected straight to the pump header. Will have to maybe opt for another AIO so you can turn off the RGB.

      • The only other one that is available is the DARKFLASH — can its LED be turned off?

        • It has RGB sync so I'd assume yes as long as your motherboard supports RGB sync.

  • Just bought the ti super deal from Lawrence, great service, competitive prices, happy to answer many, many questions.

    • Thank you Donmega! :D
