      I would imagine some of their sellers have old stock. Unfortunately, FIBARO has raised all its prices to this new level. This is the new RRP and has been for several months.

      With this deal we are the cheapest.

    20% off a jacked up "was" price doesn't make it a bargain. This is just misleading & using OzB for free advertising.

    Also issue with the seller - calling members trolls for leaving feedback on a community website.

      The prices are not "Jacked up." The prices changed several weeks ago and are set to stay due to the manufacturer's supply costs. Unfortunately, all prices are rising. In 2020, the price of a FIBARO dimmer was $109.99, and we now sell for $99.99 or $80 with this deal.

      We have brought many alternatives to Australia with lower-cost Zigbee options and Shelly. We are a small company and cannot dictate prices globally or in Australia.

    Had bad experience with this seller via their eBay store.

    I had provided multiple opportunities to resolve issues.

    The seller had initially sent the wrong item. Then when correct item was received, I asked seller about reimbursement for express shipping since due to the fault of the seller, I spent extra for a shipment method which was no longer possible due to their stuff up. The seller did not respond to my request to be refunded the difference.

    Finally the item was defective, and I had sent a message to them to return item. Seller did not respond. eBay had to step in and approve the refund.

    Imagine what a nightmare it would be going through a warranty claim with them as occurred to me. You'll receive radio silence and get the runaround.

    The rep also told me to essentially shut up about my experience

    However, it's clear you do not like us or our company, so please just leave us alone and don't purchase from us if you had a bad experience.
