The prices were insane. But at least you got 12 GB.

      • Was always confused how they upped ram on low models to be higher than certain upper tier models, regardless of GDDRX, was quite a storm as it it was happening

      • And they could've mined back that cost easily.

    • It's the total price. Could have more items in an order.

For $429 you're better off looking for a used 3070TI or (if you're lucky) 3080 on facebook marketplace…

    • Not sure what city you're in, but in Perth I'd put a used 3060 at $400 listing price on marketplace. A 3070 would be a bargain at $400 (and have more raw power than a 4060).

      • buying a 3060 whether used or new is always a bad deal honestly, 3060 ti and 6700 xt can be found around 400, 3070 and 2080 ti around 500 and 3080 600 in perth

It will age a bit better than it is performing on edge cases right now, should be fine at 1440p through the same improvements.

That being said I'd want it to drop further… this is the price this card should have started at.
