APRILSHIP

Hi All,

This is my small business I have started, creating fun/nice yoga mats for kids. They make a fantastic gift to families and kids.

I worked with an Australian Illustrator to design these, 3 fun/creative designs and 3 calming designs. They can be used as a yoga mat, play mat or rug-like purposes.

There are six different designs:

  • Leafy Green
  • Wandering Deer
  • Roaring Dinosaur
  • Mystical Unicorn
  • Buzzing Bees
  • Cool as a Flamingo

Product Details:

  • Microsuede surface (soft)
  • High-quality grade rubber padding
  • 100% Natural rubber base
  • Grippy, slip-free natural rubber base
  • Cushioned to support and protect your kids’ hands and wrists (4mm thickness)
  • Eco-friendly, durable, easy to clean
  • No TPE, toxic-Free
  • Certified by SGS Reach to European standards
  • Size: 140cm L x 61cm
  • Includes: Boxed ready for gifting + carry strap.

Each mat has a full price of $79.00, discounted to $71.10 currently.
Shipping for a single mat is usually $18.25 (AusPost) so I hope the free shipping option is taken advantage of!

*Yes, you can use these as a mouse pad if you want. I make no guarantees on performance.
Thanks for your support!

I'd appreciate if you can compare Apple's to Apple's, any products more alike?

      • +1

Apple don’t make a yoga mat

        • That was a solid shout… I'll give you that.

      • +3

I'm just saying there's a similar product, same title Kids Yoga Mat for $9. The community can read and compare to see what they want.

It would be much more useful that you explain why or how your product is better for the cost difference, instead of just making a comment like this…

I can appreciate the effort you've put into this, but this is unlikely to be your audience at that price point. This is premium pricing for a kids product, on a deal forum.

    • What difference does that make? A deal is a deal. There are people posting $70,000 Teslas here too.

      • There are people posting $70,000 Teslas here too.

Do you have a link for cheaper Teslas?

        A deal is a deal.

        Is it though?

How many upvotes does it have?

        • Have to agree with you on this one.

      Thanks - appreciate the feedback!

  • Can short adults use these?

    • Yes, they can! Gold star for you.

    • are you vertically challenged?

        horizontally….

  • $71 for a yoga mat is insane. For a kid, it is more insane.

  • As someone has mentioned, would be good if you could share why someone should pay the premium for your mat vs the Kmart ones. I have kids who love yoga and used to fight each other for the yoga mat everyday. We bought them the cheap Kmart ones and frankly it does a great job.
Considering kids are kids and they use these as more than just yoga mats,
Tents, blankets, roof, bridge, you name it they do it and so the mat gets tossed around, scrunched up, pulled and so forth. At the moment, the Kmart one is holding up really well and i wouldnt want to be spending $71 on a mat to not know ho durable it is considering how ive seen these get abused :)
