  • will this stack with existing $20 offer?

    • afaik this is a standalone $10 credit for completion of a survey link that is sent to all (maybe targetted) Timezone members that have registered their email with Timezone, should not impact other offers

  • Haven't got it as yet

  • +2

Posted it in Forums coz wasnt sure if it was worth a deal

May or may not be a generic link to the questionnaire: https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=kAI4niiL…

    • +1

ive asked a Mod to see whether it was appropriate to use the form link but looking at your link its exactly the same as mine so its generic, ill just update the post

  • +1

Got the email too, filled out the form but didn't fill out the contact and powercard details…realised they won't be able to credit me if I didn't, had to fill out again.

I wonder if you can get $10 per card or if it is only $10 per account…

  • +2

The survey was a Microsoft Form (super professional!) but I was surprised that they needed so many details at the end… I assume it's because they want to match name, phone, email and Timezone Powerclub card number.

    • +1

thought it might be a phishing thing, then saw this post and the sender seems legit.

    • +1

How does it matter if it is on MS forms, if it works? If you use MS forms you are not a professional??

      • +2

Anyone can generate a Microsoft Form if they have Microsoft 365 Acc. It will be more legit if you use a custom app that requires people to login first to get their details prefilled rather than having to ask for their credentials at the end of the form.

      • Tbh, I never considered a MSform to be legit when it comes from big company like this.

        • I get it that they could have implemented auto sign in on or link via email should be enough to authenticate the user as timezone user. MS forms is not the best but a decent form system that is quick and easy to use it. Try it.

          • @BargnHuntr: It just felt very cobbled together without much thought as to what data/information they really needed, nor did it give me much confidence where the data would be saved/used/etc…

My sentiments here are no different to when a company uses Google Forms without customisation… but I guess better than a Survey Monkey?

          • @BargnHuntr: Actually, I have been using Jotform and I thought that was good.

    • I provided the power ard but not CVV of it it still accepted not sure what happens

    • they are all optional. i only put my email bc they should be able to do it with that and it worked

  • Might seem dumb but can you use the credit for bowling? It says power play card can be used at Kingpin/Zone bowling but doesn't specify

    • It's been a while since I went to Kingpin bowling but IIRC they're referring to the various arcade games which have the same Powercard reader/mechanism so you can use the same account/balance everywhere.. but I think bowling requires you to pay at the counter (ie not using a Powercard) so to answer your question, I don't think so.

That being said, it has been quite a few years since I last went to Kingpin bowling so I could be mistaken!

  • Neat filled out all the details now it's a guessing game if the $10 appears 😅

  • Fillled

  • Technically it's only worth $5 or 2-minute play. But why not.

    • +1

Depends what you play, 4x racing games will be a lot longer than 2 minutes

  • -1

Lol f off I'm not providing the equivalent of credit card details on some anonymous form.

  • -3

Smells like a scam. Random form on office no official link to timezones and doesn't appear in their app.??

  • -1

Not worth it if you have a full time job.

  • I do not receive any email or do not see this promotion in the funzone app. Anyone from timezone representative can check this is legit? trying not to spread my personal information easily out there.

    • +1

sender was "[email protected]" which is the same one that has access to send you bday vouchers which are unique to you and have your Powerpass number in it, amongst all the other marketing emails they send you.

Others have received this email also.

It also has the same formatting that all official Timezone emails have, with all the Links working (About, Privacy, Terms of Use, Contact Us) and the option to "Unsubscribe" etc.

I would take a screenshot of it but its Copyright (as are ALL their official emails).

Alternatively you can wait for the email, no pressure (Complete survey by 23rd April to receive $10 game credit).

Thank you for the reply, I appreciate it :)

  • It's 4.35pm and I stil haven't got this at all in my email. Checked junk etc and I have 2 accounts with TZ (legacy and modern) and never missed any of their promo emails.

    Let's hope this is legit.

Is anyone else having issues with the Timezone Fun App on their iPhones? I’ve downloaded and tried to run the app but all it shows is a completely white screen. No buttons, content or anything else apart from just white.

    • Working fine for me. Tried different networks? If you're jailbroken, that also might be it (I don't know if they detect it or not though)

    • +1

Happened to me too, switched to 4G and waited a while and then had to eventually log in again

      • Thanks! Turning off wifi sent me to the login screen. That’s so odd that it does not display it when using wifi network.

    • Are you by chance running an adblocker? I have the same issue

    • Could be office firewalls are picking it up - turning off wifi resolved for me.

      • I was using home wifi and the app wouldn’t load until I switched to 4g internet. Strange.

  • Semi related - have all the pinballs disappeared from the Cavill ave store?

  • Haven't got it as yet

  • Has anyone received the credit yet?

  • Not seeing any credit at all.

  • No credit yet

    • +3

It should come by April 30th
