  • Can issue tax invoice ?

    • +1

PDF tax invoice is provided for every purchase.

  • Does this have better reception than Circles.life on train line esp redfern to north syd?

    • It's Telstras Full Network (Not the wholesale network)

Circles.Life - We're powered by the Optus 4G Plus Mobile Network. It's available to 97.3% of the Australian population, so chances are we've got you covered.

    • +1

Better than Telstra wholesalers (Woolies, Aldi etc) and wayyy better than Circles.life (which is Optus network).

I face similar network issue on train line around Redfern during peak hours. Boost and Telstra works better than any other network I have tried.

(As someone else mentioned Boost uses full Telstra network)

Any offers for the $230 prepaid plan?

      • +1

        It's 10GB bonus data for Boost230

    • Thanks I think I bought one last year around this time. Same expiry activation by 27/11?

      • +1

Activation expiry date circa July 2025, 27/11 is for bonus data

        • Thanks for the reply so quickly. Thumbs up will let other family members know

        • Hi Auditech,
Apparently the postman did not ask for signature and also delivered to the wrong address to my neighbours across the road nowhere near my block.
          I have received it.
          Very poor service from Auspost.
          Cheers.

You can ignore my private message I was chasing Auspost as well. Very poor service of them

EVEN if you do registered post, they do not do anything of it!

I have a good neighbour otherwise its a lost on you and me

    • What’s the 150mbps speed cap mean? The $300 one doesn’t have the cap limit?

      • +1

I think all prepaid got speed capped. Telstra/Boost 150mbps, other mvno 100mbps

        • All the 12 month boost plans are speed capped however boost does offer uncapped on 28 day plans. In practical usage you won't notice the limit. The main benefit of 5G is less congestion.

    • Is it possible to have the same discount at ebay store too? I made an offer of $184 for the $230 prepaid sim but it is declined :(

      • +1

eBay charges the seller when something is sold. Unlikely they can do the same pricing as their website.

      • +1

Can't do the same discount on eBay because of the merchant fees as suggested by mrctan.

      • +4

There r others which r providing at that price, 195 & 6% discount (comes to 183.xx) + use ur eBay GC for further discounts

  • Discounts on 365gb?

    • The $365 plan is exclusive to Boost online

      • Ohhhh that explains why there aren’t any deals on it. I hope that changes.

  • What messagebank does boost have? Same as telstra prepaid?

    • yes, it's effectively the same as Telstra Prepaid without esim.

  • Getting an "unable to verify card" on desktop browser, and "payment gateway not available" on mobile browser… anyone else having issues?

    • Apologies, please use PayPal instead as there is an issue with the payment gateway.

  • Nice good timing

  • Can we Port out and Port back in with discounted sim?

    • That'a why they offer it. Use the Vodafone for as long as it's useful / can stand it that month then back to the warm loving embrace of Boost. Beg forgiveness and say you'll never stray again… until next year.

  • +1

I actually found Telstra reception since changing to 5g terrible especially indoors so I'm trying Vodafone for a change this year and don't mind 4g in comparison to 5g outdoors.

    • Yup I had the same problem with Telstra reception being horrible on the motorways and indoors and I ported to Felix (Vodafone MVNO) and its so much better for where I go.

If you live in a bigger city go for Optus instead.

  • What if i activate this in Apr 2024? Will i still get bonus data if i ask the boost customer service on chat.

    • +4

Let us know in April when you find out.

  • I'm with telstra prepaid, will I be able to Port straight to boost?

    • No you ll have to go telstra store i think … as when i moved from boost to telstra. I was asked to goto Telstra store to move from boost to telstra, unlike optus and voda both tesltra and boost do instore port out

  • Cook thx, might have to get the $5 Vodafone to Port in and out then..

  • +1

Thanks. Got 1 but the sites ui not the best I've used .

  • Trying to get the 170gb but code Q5PZ74DH is not applying.

  • Does anyone know how you get the vodafone sim for $5? I can find it for $15 and when I add to cart it stays at $15?

    • +1

On the product page, between the Availability and the Price Breakdown sections.

      • Found it, thank you!

  • OP… is there a timeline when this offer expires?

  • If coming from Telstra, will my current Telstra app log in etc still work and can receive the Telstra Plus benefits (discounted movie tickets etc) even though a Boost customer?

  • +2

is there any offer for existing customers?

    • Double This.
But kinda thinking screw existing customers

    • +1

      I'm an existing customer.

I'm just going to port in and out.

Part of the reason is I need a tax invoice. When you recharge, Boost can't/won't issue you a tax invoice for some strange reason. I've tried over 2 years.

This year, I'm going port in and out. Tax invoice will be provided when buying a new sim.

  • My wife's number is with Optus. Can she transfer her number using this ? Does this comes with new SIM Card ?

Also I am with Telstra, can I transfer my number and use this offer ? Let me know.

    Thanks

    • +1

You will receive a new SIM. You can keep your existing number while activating the Boost SIM. For Telstra customer, you may have to contact Boost (online chat is easier) to port your number from Telstra

      • Yes, all good. Contacted Boost and they asked me to port number via phone call. Just ordered 2 in two different order. Hope to get those soon. thanks :)

  • +1

Anything discount on Boost recharge voucher that supports 5G network? thanks

  • +1

Is there a way to get this deal as an existing Boost customer?

    • I'm planning to port out to Voda via the $5 Sim then back to Boost, as others have suggested

  • Unfortunately ordered $230sim for $200 at ebay. hope switch from Dodo to Boost for better reception

  • I wouldn't get any year plans sim from now on and wait till Black Friday if you're out of data or expired on your year plan sim just buy a cheap sim from the shops that will last you for a month.

    • what makes you say that? what did last BF provide?

  • BH PITB . Signature required on delivery .

  • Hi Auditech

Cant buy the $300 package, says card not verified. Tried Google Pay and entering CC details manually still unable to pay as card is not verified.

  • Thank you. Good deal. Just ordered.

  • Thank you. Just ordered

  • @auditech I am trying to order but the checkout page do not accept my card. it always says "We are unable to verify your card, you can try again or choose another way to pay"

  • @Auditech I am trying to order but the checkout page do not accept my card. it always says "We are unable to verify your card, you can try again or choose another way to pay"

  • @Auditech how do you get $5 voda sim? I added a voda $30 along with the boost sim and the price stayed $15?

  • Any catch with $150 plan for recharging? I see one that’s 4G and no 5G? I am not worried about data limit, how would they restrict to 4G? @auditech

  • hi rep, how long it takes to post out? bought a week ago still havent receive any email notification or anything at all?

    Thank you

    • +1

      I ordered one on 18/10/2023 - 14:03

      Immediately received email confirmation.

It was shipped Aust Post regular mail with tracking the same day from NSW.

Just received mine today (interstate). Can't fault them for Aust Post's delay.

I suggest you reach out to them and making sure that you actually paid via CC or Paypal.
