It might be better to get the Ultimate edition though for $10.55 (90% off) with 3 DLCs (it's listed in the middle of the web page I provided).

In previous posts I didn't realize that it was possible to change currency on Instant Gaming, hence my posts were in USD.

There is a small additional fee if you pay via Paypal instead of Credit Card.

With all Bethesda RPGs, if you want to tinker with the game (mod), buy the version with all of the DLCs included (except Skyrim, you can pass on the AE Creation Club content without much loss).

  Jesus Christ, I wanted to buy Fallout and at the last step (after they already charged me) they say that they need to "validate" my purchase and to keep me from online fraud they need my driver licence or passport or similar - you could inform me before I made the purchase, whf is this !
  I used the option to not proceed with the ID validation and return the money "no questions" asked (what in the hell questions they'd even ask).
  and then such shops leak customer docs to darkweb due to security breaches - "oh, oops, we're so sorry" Optus style.

  and since when I need to provide an id to buy a freaking game online, geeez
