Has anyone joined superpayme surveys? I just don't know where to start with this company, basically holding my money hostage for 5months now asking me to wait another 60days to verify my account.

I joined up early January delayed me 60 whole days untill yesterday activated my account with ID proof and suddenly suspended saying needed to security check me further 60 days before letting me cash out. I have given them all my details including drivers license and a photo of myself, Is that even legal?

How do they even have over 3000 reviews for 5 stars on trustpilot, must be botts or paid

      I been through all review checks with two main youtubers and these guys meant to be genuine but their system has seriously got problems, I have cashed out with them before but something is really odd this time.

      I'm not only one having this issues thousands are. Can't suspend account right after verifying cause U cashed out Then forcing you to wait further 60days.

          I know right! Literally opened the link expecting to see this massive scam and thousands of comments, 3 year old thread and like 4 different people complaining about being scammed out of $20 or getting caught gaming the system LOL

    I have to agree with OP after reading through the review site he linked I cannot believe the way they respond to people in a public forum. They call people cheaters, liars, pretty much ban you for anything (one reason was using a public IP?), and love to argue with almost everyone. Such an interesting company!

    Carful OP they don’t seem to like people shaming their company?

    This was their reply when someone simply said their site is a scam and they could not get their money out:

        Sent them driver license and was told not sufficient and demanding to hold my ID with my photo taken, even after they banned my account again when I withdraw Paypal.

      Only a few hundred, it’s same thing with everyone, if anyone tries to withdrawn even $1 minimum, they will ban your account, they called it verification, and force you to wait 30-60 days, discouraging you to message the about further more information about your situation and in doing so will perm ban you, so only message the after 30-60 days.

      they demand ID and you are holding it with your photo being taken.
      To unblock your account
      Hence after even given this information they will unban you then once you try to withdraw again ban your account forcing you to wait further 30-60 days for some background checks. That is my situation right now in limbo.

    As a result of failing our security checks, this account is now banned permanently. All future tickets will be deleted without being read or receiving a response.
