I could be totally wrong but I thought there was a silly rule about not posting an upcoming Coles catalogue until after 5PM on Monday.

That rule applies on Woolworth's only.

        why is that..?

  • Is it made in Vietnam?

I generally find pork dumplings are made in Australia from Australian ingredients, most prawn products I’ve looked at are made in China or Vietnam.

    • The hargow is, yes

Wow first time I've seen ice breaks half price (in NSW at least). $1.90/500ml and they have a lactose free variant too :D

Red island oil up again in price if I'm correct what a joke .

    • Price increased earlier this year, along with almost everything else…

    • Yep, I bought at $9 last time. Damn Putin 😆

      • i thought they're Australian evoo ?

    • if anything the price should be coming down like all imported products as shipping has gone back to pre-covid pricing

I know all oils used in restaurants or any food outlet has dropped to nearly half price so i dont get why they pushing the price up.

Says out of stock for the places I looked at. It's my favourite too .

      • Is it even available at all….? I tried multiple click&collect stores and delivery but all say "currently unavailable"

    Made in Vietnam :( Pass…

  • What's the best way to make these prawn hargows I just got a new air fryer would it come out nice in that?

    • +5

For hargows, steaming is the only way :D

    • Steaming is usually the best way, but when I'm in a hurry (or lazy) boiling in some water works very well too.

    • Steam first, then shallow pan fry and get some crispy bits.
Mostly I end up steaming only.
Tried putting in deep fryer too( pleasant ,crispness, but not worth the effort of having to drain fryer and clean up afterwards).
