Another $2 bonus deal for everyone’s favourite marketplace.

Cashback is on top of the usual up to 12% cashback. Bonus will be credited on 30 April 2020. Once per customer.

Bonus will be added to eligible accounts by 30 April 2020, separate to the usual up to 12% cashback. Other T&Cs apply.

Terms and Conditions:

To qualify for the $2 cashback bonus, you must make a transaction of $5 or greater (excluding shipping/packaging fees) at Amazon Australia between 12:00 AM-11:59 PM AEDT on 29 February 2020 through ShopBack. - Limited to one bonus per qualifying customer.

You will earn the usual cashback rate on your purchase at Amazon Australia, plus have the additional $2 bonus credited into your account later.

The cashback bonus will be credited separately into your ShopBack account by 30 April 2020.

You must have earned at least $10 confirmed cashback from general purchases to withdraw the Cashback Bonus.

Purchases of items excluded from cashback (for example gift cards) do not qualify you for the bonus.

Returned, exchanged and cancelled orders will void your eligibility for the bonus.

If your tracked cashback at Amazon Australia is rejected, your bonus will be voided.

ShopBack reserves the right to dishonour bonuses for members who have participated in this offer in a fraudulent manner (ie. using multiple accounts). Such members may be banned and any cashback on their accounts forfeited.

Interesting how tomorrow a large amount of amazon categories will be ineligible for any cashback…

Doesn't seem to have video games on it.
So often I would pre-order nintendo switch video games on a shopback % back deal.

Howcome the shopback amazon page has under the DOs:

ShopBack Extension does not work on Amazon. Be sure to clickthrough from ShopBack before adding to cart and placing an order in order for Cashback to track.

Does that mean don't use the extension?

Also - if we use amazon credit will we still receive the $2 bonus? I know that we won't be eligible to receive any normal cashback.

EDIT: found the answer amazon credit will not count towards the $5 minimum:

  The thing you quoted means gift card purchases are in eligible for cashback.
  
  However purchases made with an Amazon gift card are eligible. Amazon promo credit however is not.

    Yeah unfortunately my item I purchased with gift cards was refunded so my gift card shows as credit now.
    
    EDIT: Just noticed it comes up as gift card balance. Hopefully this works!

      Refunds are always added to either gift card balance or credit card.
      
      If original payment method was with promo credit then you don't get refunded at all.

i don't trust these clowns. Nothing ever tracks anymore. And no it's not me.

Made 5 purchases since mid Jan, and not a single one of them tracked. I am not inexperienced with using their site, so don't tell me it's because I had an ad blocker or I refunded an item. I'm quite familiar with their rules already.

        @deelaroo: if a deal doesn't say that the extension is required, then you don't have to use it and it is expected to track. Remember, Shopback existed even before they created an extension or app. This isn't magic. It's the way computer software works.

    I don't use CR all that much because SB always pips them by a fraction of a percent, but I'm kinda disappointed the situation is the same there.
    
    What gets my goat is the patronizing that SB does when you inform them something didn't track. They always blame you for it and give you the canned rejection reasons list, of which none of these things you are guilty of doing. If it was a new user, fine. I have over $1000 lifetime earnings from them. They don't need to tell me I'm not using it correctly.
    
    Amazon and ebay in particular both have very low success rates lately.

can my frien login to his shopback and then i use my amazon to buy (again, i already done/made purchases mine this morning).

        @Bunsen: I can confirm you can use 1 Amazon account with same email address and 2 Shopback accounts. My partner and I both received separate tracking emails.
