Not impressed. I put through an order this morning and paid with prepaid Visa. After checkout it said payment failed, but the payment has been completed on my card. Emailed the support and they replied a few hours later saying "the order was cancelled by your credit card company". As far as I can see the payment was successful. Will see what happens…

I purchased the 12 months Xbox Live Gold 5 hours ago and i still haven't received anything except some "verfication" emailed spelt incorrectly that looks dodgy as. I sent the e-mail to [email protected] in the hope to get this code.

Never mind, your verification system doesn't work. I received my refund and purchased else where.
I understand the need for a verification e-mail if you use a credit card however not using PayPal. If you are going to send a verification e-mail, ensure you at least use correct spelling, use the GamesDeal logo and make it look genuine. The e-mail looked like spam and even replying to it you never received it apparently.
Still have not got my refund to my Visa card. I have provided the rep with my details on 19/3 but have not had any resolution yet. Will update when I finally get a resolution.
Actually grabbed this a while ago. Took about an hour to come through.
