      In the past they have come from the UK for me. Plus it currently says 7-10 business days for delivery, including for pick up in store… So probably still from overseas?

    Tm lewin non iron shirts are the best. I recently purchased non iron shirts from ct shirts and I think tm lewin shirts are far better than ct shirts. Thanks op for the post.

          This is not true, you have to pay delivery yourself and whirlpoolers have said it is quite expensive.

          All items must be returned with a receipt or delivery note, in saleable condition. Returns exclude any altered items, underwear, footwear, gift voucher purchases and delivery charges.

          @ujwols: the order I received last Friday has the same label for return shipping but I havent returned anything recently. You're able to go into their stores and return them aswell, but the refund will take the same amount of time as if you shipped it back.

    I submitted my purchase $36 via PayPal but TM lewin website showed "your order could not submitted. Please review your payment setting
    ".
    However paypal has taken $36 from my account. Anyone has same problem?

      I had the same issue. I tried two different accounts, PayPal and credit cards and on desktop and phone … Couldn't get any to work. Which is strange considering that I'd purchased successfully earlier in the year. Support tried to help but couldn't do much other than to cancel my orders.

          For payments that used a credit card PayPal took the money. From what I understand, holding it until TM Lewin finalises the transaction.
          I emailed [email protected] for support, they took about 24 hours to get back to me.
          I asked support if they'd heard of this happening to anyone else and they didn't respond to the question. At least with at least two of us having this issue it seems like there's a problem with the system rather than us.

    I tried their shop for fitting. However, their online store doesn't have the same sizes. Quite bizzare. In store is in cms. Online is all in inches. When converting cm into inches there are no equivalent sizes. Their onlinee customer service didn't know either and said it is just different stock.

      No myer returns - have to send back to T.M. Lewin in Sydney - either with a prepaid label that they may provide, or through paypal returns. I did this when I was working out my size last time

    Thanks, I got 4. Started wearing these last 6 months and not bad. Already know my size from Myer. Weird though it had an error using my normal TM Lewin account and is stuck as a created order, couldn't get it to pay and when trying to place a new order it said discount already used so contact customer service this morning with no reply. Ended up just placing an order without using my account in case sizing sells out……

    My purchase from this deal has arrived today, and boy has the quality gone downhill! And to top it off, the shirt doesn't fit me well, though the same size from CT Shirts fits my body perfectly, but that isn't their fault. The issue is, I only bought one of their business casual shirts from this deal to try on and see if it fits well. It doesn't, and the quality is crap compared with CT Shirts' same line (very thin and paper-like). And what is worse? TM Lewin doesn't have free returns like CT Shirts does. I think I'll stick with CT Shirts from now on. :(

      Sorry to hear that, did you purchase through Paypal? If so, you could just use their free returns if neccessary or go into the closest T.M Lewin shopfront and return but that's only if you're close. Weird about the no free returns, other commenters in here explained otherwise while the deal was on..

        Yeah, was just thinking about using the PayPal returns, though I have used it a while ago, and was thinking to use it for another (not TM Lewin) purchase that I had to return recently. I am afraid that they might think I am rorting the system. lol

        I have no idea why they don't have free returns like CT Shirts does though. Since they are in the same line of business and both are located in the UK, I thought it would be a smart business move to give their customers a peace of mind like their competition does.

          I don't think you'll be rorting the system whatsoever, that's the perks you receive for the fees they charge.. Definitely take advantage of it if you would like to return your purchases!
