I received this offer after redeeming the personalised back to school labels. It appears that anyone should be able to use the code and it's not limited to back to school items.

    You can log in and cancel the order.
    Then order 3 separate orders, save $30, if you bought BigW 10% off gift card, even better

    No. They are passes (yearly, six-monthly etc) which apparently save on your Woolworths home delivery costs.

    I used this code for an online (pickup) order and when I got there I found that the order had been cancelled. There was no email telling me that my order was cancelled. Staff there were very surprised. And when they rang 'On line customer service' were told that usually there would be a 'reason' note on the file but none! Am now waiting for my refund. I don't know if it was because of the $10 off code or what !!

      I sent an email of complaint & they replied, without an explanation, but said that my credit card would be re-credited within 5 working days.
