  • one year warranty, I am sure when I was looking around for coffee makers a few months back it was 6 months, thats what stopped me buying a $1000 unit. 12 months is OK though. Probably would have bought http://www.delonghi.com/en-au/products/coffee/coffee-makers/… or http://www.delonghi.com/en-au/products/coffee/coffee-makers/…
the prices are the same as when I looked previously even though now they say there is a sale on (I remember the Exclusive was about $1100 and it still is with this sale)

ended up buying a new http://www.delonghi.com/en-au/products/coffee/coffee-makers/…

BTW, a friend bought one of these seconds coffee machines a few years ago, has had no problems with it.

Says 2 years on coffee machines.

We bought one three years ago, never had an issue. Trying to persuade the wife to upgrade ours now with this offer.

      Thanks OP.

      • not for refurbs, it is 12 months.
it's at the bottom of the page you linked (the 2 years is the new items)

Ah, thought it was too good :)

  • They have very poor reviews of their overpriced coffee machines.
    Buyer beware!

    • reviews for the one I bought were all great, similar saeco's have bad reviews though.

  • Banner says free shipping on the factory second sale, so prices in post are delivered

    • Thanks - have updated post.

  • hmmm Delonghi. My oven is a Pyrolytic Delonghi. Had the guys out 3 times within the first year. The fan broke a 3rd time (7 years on) now and will not be replaced. Maybe its reached its durability but I wont be buying another Delonghi.

  • Price for a new and probably later model dishwasher is $588 at TGG for comparison.

Thanks for the post OP. Was looking for a cheap dishwasher. Nice one!

  • Anyone had any experience with their dishwashers?

I was just about to buy a Bosch for $650 (rrp $900)…

    • Product review has 3.5 stars for the delongi 60cm dishwasher

    • +1

Never heard a bad thing about Bosch….

      • +1

My Bosch still running like new, about 9 years old

    • Link?

      Turkish or German made?

      • It's just a local store display unit. How do I tell Turkish/German? (I assume I want German?)

        • +1

Plastic Floor is Turkish made. Metal floor is German made.

        • +1

Open the door and look at the sticker on the side of it. Usually on the left. I was after a German made one after reading that they were supposedly more reliable. But we ended up with a Spanish made Bosch. In all honesty, I can't fault it. Sometimes I waste too much time researching all these reviews on products when at the end of the day, it made no difference which one I chose.

  • If I buy a dishwasher or a cooktop from them. How much would it cost to hire someone else to install it?

    • Dishwasher could be done yourself… Stove will need a professional…. Depending on size around 100 to 300 would be a given.

  • +2

Love Delonghi stuff but was recently in the market for a dishwasher and there was countless bad reviews on their range.

  • Bit of a lucky dip to buy seconds without seeing them.
