Untapped Energy is a student run, not for profit organisation that was formed to give small business owners a chance to learn how to reduce their energy bills as well as give science and engineering students some valuable industry work experience.
We are enthusiastic and willing to take on a unique and wide array of projects. At the moment, we are looking for small to medium sized businesses who would like an energy efficiency assessment. These assessments serve as an excellent way to reduce one of the main costs of running a business: energy bills! EEAs are conducted and reported on by student professionals who are committed to reducing your energy usage, and thereby helping the environment. Students share their findings with other member of the Untapped Energy team and compile a detailed report about each businesses energy consumption as well as various recommendations on how to reduce this.
EEAs contain a detailed break-down of a business' energy consumption. They include both active and passive solutions, plans and products that you can use to reduce your energy bill. The information is given to you in an easy-to-read professional report which contains many different styles of graphics that are intuitive to a layman.
