I'm interested to understand the appeal of these games. Not knocking them, just can't understand what makes people's dingles tingle over them.
I don't have any particular interest in this type of game either, but it's free (or was free).

This specific game looks like a cheap knockoff of the backrooms but there are some better ones out there that are very suspenseful and fun to play with friends

I suppose. I wonder how long it was free though? And how many people got to grab it before expiry? I'm not too fussed after reading some agro review of it on the steam page. But I was keen based on a video I had seen about the game.
